1. Software Engineering Services
TechEasy Software Solution provides enterprise software design, custom web application engineering, POS systems, SaaS development, and maintenance services based on agreed scope blueprints.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
For bespoke and custom software development agreements, full intellectual property and source-code rights transfer to the client upon completion and fulfillment of project milestones.
3. Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Warranty
We provide dedicated technical support, bug fixing, and performance monitoring under structured SLA agreements to ensure high operational availability for mission-critical commercial systems.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
